Project Date: May 2025.

Project Type: Web design & development.

Project Goals: Ensuring a seamless user journey from start to finish.

Collaborators: Product Design by Celebro.

Introduction.

We’re excited to showcase the newly launched zifelle.ro, a digital space dedicated to supporting women through one of life’s most important transitions: menopause.

Developed in partnership with Antibiotice, one of Romania’s leading pharmaceutical companies, the new Zifelle® meno website offers more than just information about the product, it creates a safe, empowering environment where women can better understand their bodies, symptoms, and emotional well-being during perimenopause and menopause.

Zifelle® meno is a dietary supplement formulated with two standardized plant extracts and vitamin B6, carefully chosen to help regulate the physical and emotional symptoms associated with these natural hormonal shifts.

The challenge.

Our challenge was to design an intuitive website that effectively highlights the product’s benefits while also educating people about menopause pain and its symptoms. We aimed to ensure the website was easy to navigate for all users, featuring clear, readable text and straightforward information access. Simultaneously, the site needed to be modern, colorful, and dynamic.

Solution.

Our team collaborated closely with Antibiotice’s product and medical teams to craft a user-centered, intuitive experience from start to finish. Every detail, from layout to language, was thoughtfully designed to connect with the women Zifelle® meno is meant to support. Here’s what makes the site stand out:

Custom Menopause Quiz: Understanding what’s happening in your body starts with the right questions. The Zifelle® meno quiz helps users reflect on how they’re feeling, physically and emotionally, and offers a personalized score with insights, practical tips, and encouragement to better navigate this stage of life. It’s gentle, informative, and reassuring.

Responsive Design: Whether you’re scrolling on your phone or exploring from a desktop, the site adapts smoothly to provide a consistent and pleasant experience.

Content That Supports, Not Overwhelms: With dynamic sections that adjust based on the content available, users can always access helpful, up-to-date guidance without getting lost in noise.

Performance, SEO & Accessibility First: The site was built using best practices in performance, accessibility, and SEO, making sure women find what they need, fast and hassle-free.

Process and stages.

Creating zifelle.ro was a deeply collaborative process focused on understanding the needs of real women and delivering meaningful, accessible content in a thoughtful way. Here’s how we brought it to life:

Research & discovery.

We started by working closely with the team at Antibiotice to understand the science behind Zifelle® meno and, just as importantly, the emotional and physical experiences of the women it’s designed for. This shaped every design and content decision.

Wireframing & UX design.

User journeys were mapped out with care, focusing on ease of use, calm visual flow, and emotional comfort. We designed a structure that guides users gently toward the information they need, whether that’s product details or understanding symptoms.

Web design.

The visual identity of the website reflects balance, warmth, and clarity, using soft colors, clean layouts, and feminine touches to create a space that feels both informative and comforting.

Web development & integration.

We brought the design to life with responsive, performance-optimized code, and integrated features like the interactive quiz, content CMS, and custom search, all tailored to the Zifelle® meno experience.

Best practices in every line.

Accessibility, performance, data security, and SEO were prioritized throughout development, ensuring zifelle.ro is inclusive, fast, and easy to discover.

Execution timeline.

Week 1-2: Market Research & Creative Workshops.

Week 3-4: Digital Solution Research & Wireframing.

Week 5-8: UX/UI Design.

Week 8-12: Web Development, Live Migration, and QA Testing.
