Launched in 2021, Seria9 quickly gained a loyal customer base across Romania and Europe, boasting over 3,500 satisfied customers. By 2023, Seria9 recognized the need to expand their reach and streamline operations through a robust online presence. This led them to collaborate with us to create a custom-designed eCommerce platform that would support their growth and meet the evolving needs of their customers.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our engagement with Seria9 began with a series of discovery meetings and an internal audit to identify their pain points and aspirations. Our main challenge was to create an online platform that is suitable at the same time for selling a used phone to Seria9, but also buying one or accessories. We had to come up with an effective solution to simplify the process of evaluation of the products that customers are trying to sell on the website, including all the little details like the type of scratches on the surface of the phone, but in an easy and intuitive way.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
