Case Study: Petru x SAGA brand activation.

Project Title: SAGA x Petru brand activation.

Project Goals: Elevate the brand by aligning with the festival’s theme and visual identity while fostering meaningful engagement with attendees.

Introduction.

For this project, we were approached by Brio Group, the company behind the Simigeria Petru brand. They needed a presentation stand for the Saga Festival and we had the know-how to deliver it. So, they reached us and we came up with a concept that was fitted to their needs.

Petru is a national pretzel shop chain in Romania, with over 70 locations and franchises. The brand reached out to us to find a a promoting method for SAGA, one of the largest music festivals in Bucharest.

The challenge.

For this project, our team created a unique stand concept and developed an engaging brand activation solution in collaboration with the client. The main challenge was meticulously planning the layout and refining the design through several iterations to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing result.

Solution.

In order to turn the concept into reality, our responsibilities included producing and mounting a variety of promotional materials provided by the client, such as 100 custom “CovriWinner” T-shirts, 1,050 “PETRU x SAGA” stickers, branded keychains, pillows, and decorative props like plastic pretzels and an instaframe. Additionally, we handled the creation of a promotional lightbox using metal and plastic nets, along with fiberglass or plastic figurines for added visual appeal.

To enhance the space, we included modern exhibition elements, wooden sofas, and decorative wood materials, ensuring the area was well-lit and inviting. The build-out included a modular floor, electrical distribution, and both structural and decorative elements for the roof and columns. We also managed the transport of all materials between Iași and Bucharest, along with the full assembly and disassembly of the setup.

Results.

The stand was a great success, attracting many SAGA attendees who visited and actively engaged in the activities. You can get a sense of the excitement and atmosphere from the pictures, which capture the energy and appeal of the Petru attraction point.
