Subsign has grown a lot in the past year, this is why this report as we see it has 2 motivations behind it:
1. ? A journal for our journey towards being one of the top global communication agencies.
2. ? To better translate to everyone what we do in a more close and transparent fashion.
This is our 2nd monthly report, let’s see how it went and what has happened before we get into the cold season.
? We played around with some interesting features that Facebook offers for this Halloween. Pull out your phones and go to the Subsign Facebook page.
? The 3rd edition we organized of Portfolio Reviews was a hit, with over 100 creatives present at the event. This was possible in partnership with Adobe and Behance. Here is how it went.
Team & Office Culture
✈ Jonas has left back to Germany, but will continue the collaboration and with his support grow our German branch office. Make sure you also keep an eye on the german version of our website.
? We celebrated 1 birthday, Happy birthday again to Vlad!
☹ We parted ways with Bogdan (the graphic designer), and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
? Jojo & Bogdan (the Creative Partner) gave an interview for IQAds of based on a campaign pitch they did for Telekom.
? Help us in welcoming Razvan to the team! He brings his passion and determination to all his works and always focuses on the WOW effect. Hereis some of the work he does.
⚡ We now have some super cool Subsign hoodies that we will be rocking this season.
? Dolfy still keeps the motivation levels high and greets our guests.
? After we did an internal and external research and Re-evaluated our strategy, we decided to make some key decisions for the next years in terms of strategy and decisions regarding our growth and expansion.
? We have started talks on some interesting new partnerships that will come in the next year. Stay tuned.
✏ We had 4 new artists Spotlight Interview segment (yes we do one each week, stay tuned for more).
✒ Also this month we continued to focus on the importance of tracking your companies or organization’s digital presence and tried to give you a crash course into it via our weekly articles.

This was a busy month and we focused more and the direction we want to take the agency moving forward and made some important strategical decisions.
