Subsign November 2017 Report.

Subsign has grown a lot in the past year, this is why this report as we see it has 2 motivations behind it:

1. ? A journal for our journey towards being one of the top global communication agencies.

2. ? To better translate to everyone what we do in a more close and transparent fashion.

This has is already our 3rd report? Well, before we all get into the holiday spirit let’s go quick through the highlight that November brought us this year at Subsign.

The WOWs

? This month, in one week we had 3 events, in 3 cities. One we organized, one we sponsored and at one we had award nominations.

? We sponsored and gave the visual direction and branding for this years edition of ITDays.

? Bogdan & Jojo won Silver at the FIBRA Awards for their Telekom Pitch.

? The Campaign we did for Travis Tourism was nominated for 2 awards at FIBRA.

? The 2nd edition of Dribbble Meetup Iasi brought together 45 designers who contributed works to this year’s cause: animal care and health.

Team & Office Culture

✈ Vlad and Amelia went to Cluj-Napoca for ITDays, an event we are proud to be a part of and sponsor since 2015.

? We celebrated 1 birthday, Happy birthday again to Bogdan!

✈ Jojo & Bogdan went to Bucharest for the FIBRA Awards festival.

✈ Razvan came to Iasi again for the Dribbble Meetup Iasi event.

? Jojo helped organize the internal Secret Santa for this year. (it was still November, we know!)

? Dolfy has been very lazy since the cold weather came and has missed a lot of office days.


⚡ The ThisPlays website was officially launched.

? We have started to run 2 new initiatives as products/services to our clients:

  • Our new Influencer Partnership Program
  • The development of the Employer Branding course and tools.

✏ We had 4 new artists Spotlight Interview segment (yes we do one each week, stay tuned for more)

✒ This month besides the Influencer program we also published an article about How to find the right Influencer for your brand.

✒ Focusing on content has always been in our approach, this is why we also highlighted in 2 articles just how important is a content strategy and we tried to best explain from our expertise how people consume content.

This was a travel heavy month for us, but we also managed to stay on track with the clients projects and to start working on some important aspects for our business growth. We are super excited to finish of this year strong!
