Hug Dealer.

Hug Dealer.

One of the perks of being a marketing agency, is that you get to work with brands and business from so many fields and areas that you can’t even imagine. Hug Dealer is one of the brands that took us initially by surprise, but as we researched it and looked more and more into what they do, we saw the real need for the service it offers.

Hug Dealer is a service that provides comfort and a human connection for those in need. There are moments in time when no present in the world could boost the sense of belonging, of being accepted and appreciated for what you are. Hugs are designed for that, as they are simple and pure manifestations of empathy.

The Challenge.

The challenge for this project was to build and convey a serious and professional brand, while highlighting the healing and personal aspects of what it offers. In terms of deliverables we started contouring the visual aspects and elements of the brand.

Focusing on a simple aesthetic and bright colors, we could highlight the meaning behind the energy that is being transferred through each sesion and hug, while keeping the playfulness and professional elements of the brand in the forefront.

Our Approach.

By working close with the client and doing the research about this way of treatment we started crafting the content that would be used in all communication channels; website, social media and offline during meetings.

By centering around the playfulness and professional elements we created a web experience tailored for those looking to book a session and eliminating all the friction points that might appear.

The simple booking functionality and cleary translated information was a point that we wanted to convey from the beginning.
